But clarity matters to us, so we’ve gathered the important bits in one place: how we handle your information, how cookies work, what happens when you follow an affiliate link, what Nyra actually is, and what you agree to when you buy one of our digital products.

1. Who We Are

Cozy and Crushing It is an independent digital brand operated by a sole proprietorship established in the Netherlands.

Cozy and Crushing It creates digital products, educational content, resources and recommendations designed to make work, business and ambitious ideas feel a little less noisy — particularly for people who prefer to think before they perform.

2. The Information We Collect

We prefer collecting what we need rather than knowing everything about everyone. Depending on how you use our website, we may process information such as:

your name and email address;

billing and contact details;

country or address information required for payments, invoicing or tax purposes;

information about purchases you make from us;

messages you send through our contact forms;

newsletter subscriptions and email preferences;

Payment details may be processed directly by our payment providers. We do not need — or want — a little notebook containing everybody's credit card numbers.

For example, keeping records required for accounting and tax purposes.

Where consent is the appropriate legal basis, you can withdraw that consent at any time.

4. Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We do, however, use trusted third-party services to make the Cozy machinery work. Depending on what you do on our website, information may be processed by providers that help us with things such as:

website and funnel hosting (GoHighLevel);

checkout and payment processing (Stripe);

digital product delivery (GoHighLevel);

email and newsletter delivery (GoHighLevel);

analytics (Google);

automation (GoHighLevel, Manychat);

fraud prevention; and

administration and accounting.

This can include services such as Stripe and the platforms we use to host our pages, checkouts, email systems or digital products. We only share information where there is a legitimate reason to do so, and only to the extent reasonably necessary for that purpose. Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards for international data transfers will be used.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We don't keep everything forever just because storage is cheap.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including any periods required by Dutch tax, accounting or other applicable law.

Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent, or we determine that it is no longer reasonably necessary to retain it.

8. Meet Nyra — Our AI-Created Character

You’ll meet Nyra throughout the Cozy and Crushing It world. Nyra is a fictional, AI-created brand character.

She isn't our founder, an employee, a customer, a real-life influencer or a mysterious woman living somewhere in a cottage with suspiciously perfect lighting. Her images, environments and adventures may be created or enhanced using artificial intelligence and other creative digital tools.

Nyra exists to give the Cozy and Crushing It world a face, a story and a little magic. Any stories, scenes or situations involving her should be understood as part of that creative brand world unless we clearly tell you otherwise.

The business behind Cozy and Crushing It, however, is very real — as are your purchases, our responsibilities and the policies on this page.

Nyra belongs in the Cozy World

Nyra is an original character developed for Cozy and Crushing It and is part of our brand identity and creative world.

To the extent protected by applicable intellectual property law, our original Nyra artwork, character designs, written characterisation, stories, branding and other creative materials are owned by or licensed to Cozy and Crushing It.

You may enjoy, share links to, and talk about Nyra and the Cozy World, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, redistribute or use Nyra, her images, character identity or other Cozy and Crushing It creative assets for your own commercial, promotional or marketing purposes without our prior written permission.

In particular, you may not use Nyra to advertise or endorse your own products or services, create derivative marketing materials featuring her, sell products featuring her, or suggest that Nyra or Cozy and Crushing It is associated with, sponsors or endorses your business.

In short: Nyra may be AI-created, but she isn’t public property. Please leave our girl in her own Cozy World. 🤍

9. Educational Content & Results

Our articles, emails, digital products, examples, scripts and other resources are created for general informational and educational purposes.

We want them to be useful. We cannot promise that a particular strategy, script, idea or product will produce a particular personal, professional or financial result.

People, workplaces, businesses and circumstances differ. You remain responsible for deciding whether something is appropriate for your situation.

Nothing on this website should be treated as personalised legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice.

That means that if you click one of those links and make a purchase, Cozy and Crushing It may receive a commission — generally without changing the price you pay.

We may, for example, recommend software, platforms, books, services or other resources we think could be useful to our audience.

An affiliate recommendation does not make Cozy and Crushing It the seller of that third-party product.

When you leave our website and purchase directly from another company, your purchase agreement is with that company. Its pricing, billing, product delivery, subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, customer service, privacy practices and terms are its responsibility.

We aren't responsible for changes a third party later makes to its product, prices, features, availability or policies.

Please check the seller's current terms before purchasing.

11. Independent Brand & Trademarks

Cozy and Crushing It is an independent brand.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise, we are not sponsored by, endorsed by, affiliated with or officially connected to the companies, platforms or brands we mention.

Names such as Stripe, ClickFunnels, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, GoHighLevel and other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Mentioning a company or using its product does not magically make us cousins.

12. Our Intellectual Property

The Cozy and Crushing It world took rather more than five minutes and a Canva template to build.

Unless stated otherwise, our original text, designs, illustrations, products, downloads, characters, branding and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Cozy and Crushing It and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a digital product gives you the right to use it for the purposes described with that product. It does not transfer ownership of the copyright or automatically give you permission to reproduce, redistribute, upload, share, resell or commercially exploit it.

Please don't copy Nyra, our products or our creative work and sell them from another corner of the internet.

That's decidedly uncozy.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

13. Instant Digital Delivery

Many Cozy and Crushing It products are digital products, such as eBooks, workbooks, printables, templates or other downloadable resources.

Where a product is advertised as an instant digital product, access or a download link may be provided immediately after your purchase and/or sent to the email address you provide during checkout.

Please make sure that email address is correct.

If your delivery email decides to wander into Spam or Promotions, check there first. If it genuinely disappears into the digital wilderness, contact quietlylegendary @ cozyandcrushingit.com and we'll help you access what you purchased.

14. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area normally have a statutory right to withdraw from many online purchases within the applicable withdrawal period.

Different rules apply when you specifically ask us to begin supplying digital content immediately.

For an instant digital product, before we begin delivery during the withdrawal period, we may ask you to:

expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content; and

acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that digital content.

Where you have given that express consent and acknowledgement and we have begun supplying the digital content, you no longer have the statutory right to cancel that purchase simply because you changed your mind or the advise given didn't work for you.

This is why our checkout may include a required acknowledgement such as:

“I request immediate access to my digital product and expressly consent to delivery beginning now. I understand that once delivery begins, I lose my statutory right of withdrawal.”

We will provide the legally required confirmation of your purchase and consent.

15. Our Digital Product Refund Policy

Where your statutory withdrawal right has validly ended following immediate digital delivery, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on downloadable digital products.

After all, an eBook or printable can't meaningfully be placed back in its box and returned to the Cozy Library.

However, “no change-of-mind refunds” does not take away rights that the law gives you if, for example, digital content is defective, materially different from what was promised, or was not supplied as agreed.

If something has genuinely gone wrong with your Cozy and Crushing It purchase, please contact quietlylegendary @ cozyandcrushingit.com so we can look at what happened and put things right where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Customers Outside the EU/EEA

We sell online and may welcome customers from many different places.

Our business is established in the Netherlands and, to the extent legally permitted, our agreements are governed by Dutch law.

However, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country and that cannot legally be waived by contract.

Where local law gives you additional non-waivable rights, those rights continue to apply.

The internet changes. Laws change. Tools change. Occasionally even our little Cozy world moves the furniture around.

We may therefore update this page when our products, technology, service providers or legal obligations change.
